As a Combat Veteran, I have moderate PTSD from my deployment to Iraq in 2007 – 2009 to Camp Rustamiyah, You can look it up on Google Maps now.

This often gives me time to turn inward, quiet my mind, and see if I can resolve anything that needs to be resolved. This is a great way that I can work on my mental health.
One thing everyone should remember is, Everything is energy follow this with my favorite quote: “To learn the secrets of the universe, think in terms of Energy, Frequency, and Vibration.” – Nikola Tesla.
Since we are all energy and our thoughts create reality, we can resolve anything that we feel needs to be within ourselves.
If you feel that you “jumped off the wagon,” just acknowledge it and be mindful of what you were feeling and thinking when it happened. You must realize that as humans, forgiving yourself for such mistakes is very healthy for your mental health.
By doing that, you can learn the trigger so you can catch yourself before you make the same mistake again.
Remember, we are all here to learn and experience, and that also means experiencing joy and love. By doing this daily, your mental health will skyrocket!
So… LETS GO! 😉
